No, we don’t have a retail store. However, you’re welcome to visit our studio in Telok Panglima Garang. You can also find our products at retail partners like The Artisan Haus at The LINC KL, Setalam Sedulang Cafe & Restaurant, and the upcoming Broom Artisan Bakery & Kitchen.
Why do products in the same collection have different tones and effects?
All our pieces are fired in a gas kiln, which naturally creates unique tones and effects. This means even items in the same collection will have slight variations, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Do you provide custom or made-to-order services?
Yes! We offer both custom and made-to-order options.
How long is the production timeline?
Production time depends on the order size. Small orders usually take 4–6 weeks, while larger orders may take 16–18 weeks.
